Here is how it all happens:
Leadership need: Thaxton Barabe receives a request to fill an Interim Leader position.
Interims: We will match your experience and qualifications to the vacant interim position.
Candidate Presentation: Your resume will be presented to the hiring facility for review and consideration.
Initial leader contact Thaxton Barabe will arrange telephone interviews between you and the potential hiring facility.
Offer: Thaxton Barabe will work directly with the hiring facility to negotiate start date and facilitate onboarding.
Onboarding: When you are selected for hire, Thaxton Barabe’s credentialing team will manage the pre-employment requirements. Including a rigorous background screen, conducted by an accredited company, pre-employment drug screen, review and attestation of HR & HIPPA compliance, verified references and compilation of immunization documentation.
Travel & Accommodations: Thaxton Barabe will work with you on travel, housing and transportation.
Continued Support: For the entire duration of your Interim assignment, Thaxton Barabe will remain in contact with you, to ensure a smooth transition and a successful leadership placement.
